⟡ WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OUT OF?
We use a variety of 14k - 24k gold filled & heavy plated components. Our base metals consist of brass, copper, stainless steel, or sterling silver. We often use crystals, seashells, or other natural elements. We routinely inspect + test our materials. Our jewelry is hypoallergenic and wearable for those with sensitive skin.
 
⟡ WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH?
We are passionate about offering high quality jewelry at affordable prices. With the exception of certain crystal accessories, our alternatives are water resistant & next best from solid gold. The longevity will depend on the use of each person / their lifestyle + environment. With proper care, our pieces will remain tarnish free.
 
⟡ HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
Be mindful when applying fragrance sprays, lotions, oils, etc. Remove jewelry before showering or working out. Keep away from chemicals, pools, hot tubs, & extreme temps. Use a jewelry cloth to gently wipe down surfaces. Individually store unworn pieces to prevent scratching or tangling with others.

⟡ WILL YOU REPAIR ANY BROKEN ITEMS?
Any jewelry items purchased from us may be fixed or replaced for free within the first 30 days after receiving. Email a picture + description along with your order number to hello@xxlovestoned.com.
 
⟡ WHAT IF I'M UNSURE OF THE CHAIN LENGTH?
We understand that one size does not fit all. If you think you may need your chain shorter or longer, let us know for which items before placing an order so that we may assist you further.
 
⟡ DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM REQUESTS?
Contact us if you have a custom request of any kind. We will try our best to accommodate. Extra fees may apply. Examples of this may include chain swaps, older stock, special gifting options (birthdays, bridesmaids, etc.), DIY jewelry parties, event booth pop-ups, and more.
 
⟡ CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMO CODE?
Only one code can be used for each order. We will not make adjustments / reimburse the cost for codes not used at the time of purchase.
