Processing time for stocked items is normally 1 - 3 business days. Processing is not the same as shipping time. Selecting an upgraded shipping option may not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up the actual shipping once it has been accepted by the postal service.
During special promotions or holiday season we kindly ask for your patience and allow additional time for us to fulfill orders.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, we ship all our packages from Los Angeles, California through the United States Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for them to update tracking history. Sometimes packages are not scanned right away.
Confirm that your shipping address is correct (apartment / unit number, zip code, etc.). We are not liable for customers inputting the wrong address. If this happens to you, reach out to us as soon as possible. We will change it if we have not yet shipped your order out otherwise you will have to contact USPS.
At times a claim may be filed with USPS for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please understand that once they are in possession of your order it is out of our hands; technically we cannot control how or when they deliver. Do reach out to us if you have not received your package.

International customers are responsible for any fees relating to duties, taxes, customs clearance, and any possible delays with transfers from USPS to local couriers in your country. At this time we are only shipping internationally to the following: Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
We inspect each item and carefully package all orders, but if for some reason your order arrives damaged reach out to us via email within 5 days upon delivery & be sure to include a photo with a brief description of the issue.
