You must contact us through email at hello@xxlovestoned.com to let us know you’d like to do a return for items that are eligible. Crystals, candles, clearance items, permanent jewelry, digital products, courses, and mentorship sessions are all final sale. We will give you return instructions upon sending your request. Our return address may be different than the one on your package. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days from the time your order's tracking status has been marked as delivered (30 calendar days for welding machines). Item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days of confirming we’ve received your request and be in new, unworn/unused condition in its original product packaging. Return processing can take up to 10-15 business days. Once a refund has been made it may take additional days for your bank to process on their end. All refunds are sent back to your original form of payment. There is a 10% restocking fee on any items/orders above $350. Shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed. Any items shipped back to us will be at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracking number to monitor your package as we will not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
