Crystals, candles, clearance items, permanent jewelry, digital products, and courses are all final sale.

Return requests for items that are eligible must be made within 14 days from the time your order's tracking status has been marked as delivered. Item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days of confirmed approval and be in new, unworn condition in its original product packaging.

Shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed.

Any items shipped back to us will be at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracking number to monitor your package as we will not take responsibility for items while in transit.

Please allow 2 - 4 business days for processing once we have received your return. Once we have processed a refund on our end, it may take an additional few days for it to be reflected on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.
