You must contact us at hello@xxlovestoned.com to let us know you’d like to do a return for items that are eligible. Clearance items, crystals / stones, candles, custom or personalized jewelry, permanent jewelry, gift cards, digital products, courses, mentorship sessions, and argon tanks are all final sale. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days from the time your order's tracking status has been marked as delivered (30 calendar day exception for Sunstone welding machines only). Our shipping address for returns may be different than the one on your package. Do not send anything if you have not yet emailed us and received confirmation which will include your return instructions. Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of receiving a return confirmation email from us and be in new, unworn/unused condition in its original product packaging. Inspections and processing can take up to 7-15 business days from the time your item(s) are received. There is a 10% restocking fee on any returned items / orders totaling above $350. Shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed. Any items shipped back to us will be at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracking number to monitor your package as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit or sent to the wrong address. Shipments containing a welding machine must be insured. All refunds are sent back to your original form of payment. Once a refund has been made it may take additional time for your bank to process on their end.

Holiday Extension
During holiday season the timeframe for return requests is as follows: orders placed from November 15 - December 15 of one year have until January 15 of the following year to submit a return request for eligible items. This extension does not apply to and excludes welding machines + supplies; no exceptions.
